DevOps Automation

DevOps Automation

CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and release automation that ship faster without sacrificing stability or security posture.

The problem

Manual deploys don't stay manual-and-safe for long — they become manual-and-skipped-under-pressure. The most common failure mode isn't a bad pipeline; it's no pipeline, with deployment knowledge trapped in one person's head and one person's terminal history.

The second most common failure mode is a pipeline built once and never revisited — still running the same steps it did on day one, ignoring everything the team has learned since about what actually breaks in production.

TekMage's approach

TekMage builds deploy automation as versioned, reviewable code from day one — the same discipline applied to TekMage's own sites, where a single command runs the build, syncs the artifact, and invalidates the CDN cache, with the pipeline itself living in git alongside the application.

Pipelines are designed to fail loudly and early — a broken build should never reach a health check in production to discover it's broken.

The same one-command Terraform + container build + CDN invalidation pipeline used across TekMage's own production sites is what shipped the fixes documented in the WickedAwesome.tech case study
